- While existing cloud security offering is as advanced as it gets, company does not stop here and keeps pushing for more technological innovation. Highest pace of new features and capabilities I have ever seen - Transparent and open culture is constantly fostered across all levels of organisation management. Anyone can contact anyone without going through unnecessary management layers and there are no taboo topics. - While keeping people first, helping employees in trouble (which is especially visible during pandemic) and pushing for better life-work balance with additional company holidays and company events, individual performance is still accountable. - Excellent place for building a career. All positions are advertised internally and internal qualified hires are prioritised.

Cons

- Very high growth creates hiring challenges. Some departments are understaffed with more work falling on some shoulders.
