Pros
The potential for helping people help people through quality software. Other than that, nothing. CMHC Systems was a great, family-friendly, community-involved company. Netsmart destroyed that. Really, there is no good reason to work here.
Cons
Rude, coarse management. Would you like to be told "If you don't like it (the technology), don't let the door hit you in the ass!" by a senior manager? It may be a New York attitude, but Dublin ain't New York. Dublin management that looks out for themselves instead of their reports. It's apparent a manager was hoarding better work to his own advantage. There's an erroneous belief that employees should be looking at a career with Netsmart. A career with a single company is a concept of the past. Non-mainstream technology (Cache).
