      Pros

      Working with great people, Many options to move laterally in the organization, Always hiring new employees shows growth in company. Engineering department has leeway based on manager.

      Cons

      Pay not competitive to other Engineering Company. Raise is only at a 2 - 3% range. 4% if you are doing exception. More when promoted but still under industry standard.

      You will get food and cab service.

      Cons

      Management is worst. They can terminate you instantly. If you are working good or not, it's not a concern. Five day a work from office. If you perform well, but you are not the manager's favorite person, then also you can terminate.
