Pros

Get to work on world class project, flexible working habits.

Cons

I experienced bullying and abuse, there is a total lack of leadership and respect. No value for smart new individual experience in many departments. Older employees are narcissistic about working attitudes even though the new digital train infrastructure would put Britain’s train infrastructure in line with high speed ones in Europe and improve its economic growth. Unfortunately, the attitude of some is “I have been here for many years, I know best, and are susceptible to change, it does not work here.” This view is very sacrosanct throughout the organisation.

Pros

Good place to work and benefits. Safety first.

Cons

Promotion / pay reviews only if you're liked, otherwise will find ways to lower you. You may work harder then others, but if management more friendly with others then you will always be overlooked and others pushed ahead.
