Could Be A lot Better

Pros

Training, Safety, Giving the option to decline working in a dangerous environment. Time off given to those who work shifts to recover.

Cons

Important decisions left to people who have never had the experience in that field. To much inconsistency throughout the entire organisation. New reorganisation of terms and conditions not worked, just antagonised work force. Experienced workers don't seem as valued as new apprentice staff.

Pros

competitive wages & pension schemes

Cons

10 minute job takes a hour due to paperwork? Then you have to waste another hour filling in paperwork explaining why you didn't complete all the work?
