Pros

Highly intelligent work force, very talented developers, nice people. 2016 is on track to be a high growth year. That being said.... I still would think twice before accepting a job.

Cons

Upper management is a joke. Way too much drama and fear for a young company. The few good managers really overshadow the truth of the situation. I would only suggest working here if you need a first job out of college or are looking for an interim position.

Pros

Ping pong and foosball, kegs in the kitchen, great people. Talent seems to be attracted to the company but retention is troublesome.

Cons

CEO completely aloof. Leadership team scatter brained and don't appreciate talent. Direction is lacking and constantly shifting focus brings about uncertainty and poor morale amongst employees.

Pros

Networked Insights, or NI, is a great job for people fresh out of college. It has a fun start-up culture, relaxed dress code, and a lot of opportunity to grow and leave your mark at the company. In fact, many former employees have left to go on to greater things/companies, making NI a great jumping point for your burgeoning career.

Cons

NI has been going through some troubled times, business-wise. As long as you know this going in, it shouldn't be a huge shock. There's also a quick turnover rate in the company, with most employees staying no longer than 2 years.
