Pros

Many opportunities to move up and grow professionally. Mostly great people and great way to develop business acumen.

Cons

Salary is lower than the market average for a consulting-esque position. Depending on the team you're put on, you may work long days and weekends.

Pros

People are smart and driven. Work is fasted paced and given as much responsibility as you an handle. Learn a lot about a new, undefined space. It's a work hard/play hard environment.

Cons

Hiring so many people we're growing out of our space! Overall I don't have anything negative to say about working at NI. The only negative is that you have to be willing to change focus on a moments notice because priorities/requirements change all the time.

-technology is innovative and impressive -small client teams -great place to learn across research, tech, and strategy fields

Cons

-lack of communication from tech side to researcher side -slightly lower than average market rate salaries -more focus on product, less focus on research -long periods of little to no client interaction
