- Relative to other firms, decent work-life balance - My team is great in terms of diversity (but that is not reflective of the overall firm demographics) - Great 401K employee contribution

Cons

- Top heavy - great place to start and end your career. But people in the middle don't last because people never leave more retire -- senior leader roles are hard to come by and - Pay is relatively low compared to that of peers - Could improve maternity/paternity leave policy + offer fertility benefits
