Flexible schedule; Mostly cooperative co-workers, pretty good benefit package including education subsidies.

Cons

They make you use their own trading account even when you have no knowledge of or decision power in financial dealings of the firm. VERY INCONVENIENT; Many times senior management decisions (especially from Legal) are delayed until the last minute leaving almost no time to act upon.
