Small firm, so easy to get noticed. Work life balance is OK, though not great. It is less pressure environment compared to investment banks. The money management teams have excellent reputation on the street.

Cons

As the firm is small, the potential to grow is limited. After Lehman bankruptcy, the management is chaotic and self serving.
