The company understands work-life balance. The office is located in the downtown area and very close to a lot good restaurants.

Cons

Not sure about the career growth possibilities since it is a small company (number of employees wise) - waiting to see the company grow multi-fold.

Well known company name in the industry. Ability to learn via access to company research about the financial markets and the portfolio management teams.

Cons

Misguided during the interview process of the growth potential of the job. Once I was in the job there didn't appear to be a lot of potential for growth.
