- Hours are great - Experienced managers - Great people (but varies by group) - Opportunity for receiving greater responsibilities early on

- No training offered - Same pay for interns across all groups/departments - Internships last between 6-8 weeks instead of the usual 10

Experienced, dedicated professionals. Top-flight equity and fixed income research and money managers Small firm, entrepreneurial flavor.

Cons

The firm is focused solely on investment management, so while growth in one's area is encouraged and possible, it is not always as easy to move to a different area within the firm as it might be in a multi-line firm.
