Pros
Very supportive and nice co-workers who are always there to answer questions and help. The vacation time you get is generous and there is plenty of room for advancement.
Cons
The salary for this particular position is approximately 15-20% below the industry norm. The low salary is my primary criticism of NB, otherwise it is a wonderful place to work with many bright people.
