Some truly thoughtful and intelligent investors and service professionals. Success and survival in a competitive industry is a challenge. Good intentions, but much rings false.

Cons

Management inward-looking. Top talent leaves. Sense of executives in it for themselves; little listening done unless you're in the inner circle. A lot of boys-club attitude and social biases.

Excellent colleagues who are genuine, professional, talented and conscientious. Work life balance is good. Location is accessible.

Cons

IT Senior Management needs to go. They are nothing more than seasoned practitioners of the proverbial 3 letter practice: 1) Blame the predecessor, 2) Reorganize, 3) Work out an exit strategy and prepare 3 new letters.
