      I get off work quickly right shift and don't entertain overtime work

      Cons

      The pressure at work is always there, but in this company it's unbearable. Most employees couldn't stand it and it makes the employees turnover so high. There's no point in getting to know your colleagues as they'll be leaving anyway

      A good place to get experience to move on to a better company.

      Cons

      Working here was a dead end with no chance of career advancement. This was the only company I ever worked for that didn't give annual raises or any incentives whatsoever. Without any miracle, whatever rate you were hired at would be the same thing you would receive for as many years as you stay with them.

      Pros

      Coworkers are ok to work with, they're supportive and fun.

      Cons

      This job includes so many other jobs that I shouldn't be a part of our responsibilities anymore. There's too much on my plate that they couldn't fit so some just falls away. Then you'll be called on notice for not reaching the target productivity rate.
