      Wouldn't want a conflict

      Minimal requirements to get hired.

      Cons

      There are no standard process and other procedure so there's always a conflict somewhere. It doesn't get that bad but you still wouldn't want to have a conflict with anyone.

      Some of the employees here are great individuals

      Cons

      The business is little more than a bait and a sham, preying on individuals for the sole purpose of raising revenue to feed the ego of a few executives while proudly announcing that this company is the fastest growing company in its industry. They promise to share the profits to everyone, and all is included in getting rich, but the owners are the only one doing so. This company is a total and complete sham.
