      The sales cycles are long and quite frustrating. Many people have highlighted this to the management, but still, there's no improvement. I couldn't tolerate it anymore. I found a better job elsewhere.

      Great services but they are cancelled out by poor leadership.

      Cons

      have no idea what and how to run a company! They give an impression of professionalism until you work for them. Everything is disorganized and no process are in place. Management lacks of vision to employees' engagement and their development. If you decide to join this company, be prepared to be disappointed!

      Most people who reported to me were disciplined

      The pay was low, and the expectations were quite high. Most people didn't like what they were making and sought extra hours to increase their earnings. Also, I rarely received any appreciation for my hard work and the effort I put in daily. It was disappointing.
