      Pros

      Neubus leadership demonstrates the professionalism of a large corporation, while at the same time recognizing individual performance as a small company would. I recommend Neubus to all my peers as a great place to work.

      Cons

      Most of the Clients are State Agencies, making the sales cycle long.

      Lacks of Basics

      You can give suggestions at times.

      Cons

      They don't even provide the basics. No PTO or sick leaves are provided. But the worst thing is that they don't appreciate their employees or value their hard work. It can be frustrating and might push you to quit

      Irresponsible management

      Pros

      It's a great company to gain experience in tech industry.

      Cons

      Horrible upper management who lacks basic understanding on how to properly delegate tasks and doesn't care about the hard working employees. Managers are beyond irresponsible and nothing is ever good enough for them. They offer no PTO or sick time. There is a very high turnover which could be said for a lot of startups but again, something to keep in mind.
