Pros

A great job if you like individualist work at your own pace (granted that you work consistently). That being said, you'll become friends with a lot of time throughout your time; your work environment is not too isolated or anything like that, but people get into their own groove throughout the work day.

Cons

I was only there for a few months, so I didn't have enough time to get involved in any drama or problems. I have no cons.
