Pros

There was free coffee in the clinics.

Cons

Lack of support, pay, expensive benefits that are lousy if you live in PA, dealing with "Mean Girls" I worked in two offices. I was excited to start but my excitement quickly turned to disgust. You do not get the support you are told you get, office staff hold on to negative information until they need to use it against that person. I was told to do it and I've had multiple staff approach me since I left, saying it was happening to them. Before I went to the second office, I was warned the two office staff were similar to the field in Mean Girls. I should've listened. You will be told great pay and great benefits. What they don't tell you is if you live in PA you are out of network. The pay is better than some, but they are by far the highest paying. Bottom line- Do you research and check out multiple agencies.

We appreciate you taking the time to provide us with feedback. Your experience does not reflect the goals and culture we aim to nurture at NeurAbilities, so we are saddened to hear you felt a lack of support. Our team's top priority is the safety, wellbeing, and progress of our patients and their families, and accomplishing that means supporting our team professionally, emotionally, and financially. We are always looking for ways to demonstrate appreciation for our team and enhance compensation. While we have always had benefits with in-network and out-of-network providers in PA, our 2023 benefits provide expanded access to a national network with access to providers and services in every state. We are sorry to have lost you, but we wish you the very best in your career.
