The admin team at the Wyomissing Clinic, very supportive and helpful, cares about the families

Cons

on boarding process, other than that, cant think of anything eelse

Pros

● Through paid training ● Assigned to clients quickly as soon as trained ● Mostly supportive BCBA's

Cons

● Lack of diversity ●Closed door kind of administration ● Too lenient with patents, felt like a baby sitting /daycare job at times ● Passive-aggressive administration and some BCBA's ● No clear program for RBT's who desire to become LBS or BCBA ( figure it out on your own kind of culture)
