Thank you for leaving a review. We appreciate your feedback but are sorry to hear you are no longer working with us. You are correct in that an RBT can enjoy flexible hours with a lot of opportunity for growth in the field. We are fortunate to have a team of compassionate clinicians who are accommodating and can be available for supporting our newest team members. While we will miss working with you, we wish you well in your future endeavors!

Onboarding nightmare

Business Outlook

Pros

Everyone was very friendly and it seems they were passionate about the work they were doing.

Cons

Onboarding was insanity. I'd get emails constantly asking for paperwork I'd already sent them via email, and it would take multiple attempts to get answers to my questions. What parts of the onboarding training the company was paying for was unclear, as the position required a 40 hour training and no one at the training site could tell me if I would be paid for it. The trainings themselves were riddled with technical issues, and the entire training is held on zoom on site, where the employee who would be supervising us would leave the room shortly into the training day (and sometimes not come back). The rate everyone was paid was different, according to the people in the room with me, and it's a bit for a red flag because one of the first screening questions to me was "how much am I looking to get paid for the position". It makes me feel like I just answered too low. If you're in it for the kids, they might be a very nice and helpful company to families, but as someone looking for a job it felt like they didn't have my back. I was not told who my manager or supervisor was.
