Company has strong core values and standards; high quality of care when it comes to patients Very knowledgeable and friendly employees

Cons

Advancement is very limited; little room for upward mobility Low individual morale due to empty promises and lack of transparency; employees go years without any sort of feedback or evaluation session HR is a difficult department to work with, making unilateral changes and decisions that affect multiple departments without proper input from or consideration for affected employees; very low level of communication and cooperation
