      If you think a "shuttle", $300 Lyft credits, catered meals, and snacks in the kitchen offset the pay disparity - go for it. If you want your peer to hand over their work for you to complete and take credit - go for it. If you want your suggestions to be rejected, only for your peer to take the idea and take credit for it - go for it.

      Product offering + focus is revolutionary. Incredibly high impact opportunities. Forever curious and empathetic team members. Transparency with progress + vision.

      Cons

      Putting an intentional focus towards employer branding and sharing more about our company with the world will benefit our hiring efforts substantially. I'm sure we'll get there soon.

      Pros

      Great culture, and a lot of opportunities to learn from really smart people! I love the different teams, from animal care to robotics to embedded software, it has it all. The company is still in its early stage of growth so you can move up and scale quickly while having an impact that can be seen.

      Cons

      San Francisco Traffic! I love working onsite but the worst part of my day is sitting in the Bay Area traffic. Not a Neuralink problem but this is still the worst part.
