Pros

Exposure to next-generation work and tech, some cross-function amongst teams

Cons

Zero leadership. No sense of accountability. VPs/company leads are inept when it comes to leadership. HR team is poorly managed and consistently biased. Pay is peanuts. Unrealistic working hours. Zero transparency about company outlook. CEO sends emails out saying cost cutting is coming but doesn't provide any context and is radio silent for a week+

Pros

Interesting idea, unfortunately poor leadership completely destroys it

Cons

Toxic and unprofessional leadership. Compensation is peanuts, way below the market. Severe problems in hiring skilled people. As a result average skill of technical people is way below from what you’d expect. Made almost 0 progress in a year, nowhere near shipping any product or having any significant advancement.
