You will learn what shoddy business and management teams look like

Cons

Hot mess express full of illegal charting and lack of patient care. It's a disaster with high staffing turn over. Patients released due to lack of insurance or coverage and end up hurting themselves. Record number of falls and send outs. Never enough PPE no matter how much they wanna reply to reviews and lie about it. Went through at least 3 CEOs in one year in Crown Point. Ridiculous!!!

Pros

Excellent pay- this company pays far above the industry standards for administrative and nursing jobs. Staff are committed and work VERY hard.

Cons

Very high stress level. Work culture includes long hours, travel, and late nights. The culture is very hard on families. Many of the managers struggle with work life balance leading to high turnover and burnout.
