Easy to get hired, they hire anyone willing to show up.

Cons

High turnover due to high stress, no work life balance, hostile environment, Upper management looks down on other staff and treats them as such. Upper management has no clinical experience!!! State is always here. They fire people constantly without good reason.

Cons

No job security. Privately owned. Out for the dollar, not the patients. State always in, would not send my loved ones to any three hospitals.
