* New Swag * Discount swag * Flowry and rosey orientation * Occasional company lunches and dinners

* Toxic work culture * Messy accounting processes (they could really use a revamp rather than keep people in the office for 12 hours) * Aggressive supervisor * Compensation is lack-luster.
