Pros

This used to be a fun atmosphere 8 years ago that embodies the brand growth and enthusiasm. A stepping stone to get your work experience started for 1-2 years maximum if coming out of college.

Cons

Not a good company for career development, competitive salaries. Leadership is always reactive and focused on holding on to their roles rather than developing employees and growing the brand. Collaboration and team work are non existent only finger pointing. Lots of people in the wrong roles which affects efficiency and ultimately has caused many setbacks for the brand and the bottom line as a whole.

Pros

Personal customer service keeps things more interesting during work. Training is extensive and discounts are also good (40% off in-store and online). Management also made work fun. Most people working for this company are younger, with bright ideas on how to run the stores.

Cons

Biggest and only downside for me was the pay. As a manager I was only making $1.50 over the base pay for associates. Communication can also be worked on from upper management.
