Pros

Great pay. Good company.

Cons

We get very few hours. Most hours are given to the two employees that make the most sales. Which I can understand...but it's pretty crummy when they're getting 20 hours a week, and you're only getting 4. I don't think I'm *that* bad. There's not a lot of traffic, so you spend most of your shift doing nothing (depends on time of shift of course). It gets really boring. Asst. Managers are often on their phone, so the employees are too. We have to pass the time somehow. We don't sell the shoes people want. So we don't make sales. With the new pricing system, our employee discount doesn't even apply for some things because the sale is better than the discount.
