Pros

Ample opportunity to grow within. Incredible new facility soon to be finished. Great benefits & perks of being a leader in the footwear industry

Cons

Not well paying, as is the case with many jobs in a retail company. Account services department has a lot of turnover, especially at management, have re-org'ed the department 3 times in past two years. Due to employee focused nature, applying from within is very competitive

Pros

Love the people I work with, the organization is growing; it is an exciting athletic brand; great benefits and tons of opportunity if you like working in a fast paced environment with others who show an entrepreneur spirit.

Cons

Lots of change and outdated systems, but I know they are working to update most of them.
