Company owned stores are an excellent place to start a career. Promotions based on work instead of seniority or who you know.

Cons

No distinction between company owned and independent owner stores can lead to potential associates and customer confusion along with service quality.

Good payment, good hours, flexible schedule

Cons

Shady assistant manager, shady store manager, unprofessional environment, no place to put personal stuff, caos on stock room, unhappy coworkers, lack of communication between everybody, ridiculous store policy, no appreciation for costumers.
