Staff is caring and kind.

Cons

Administration does not communicate well. HR does not take concerns from employees seriously when they are raised. Pay is incredibly low.

Higher education is a challenge field to work in

Pros

There is free housing with the position. The students are incredible, open-minded, and brilliant. Both campuses are beautiful.

Cons

I did not receive a raise. There is no motivation to want to work harder because there is no reward or recognition for those who do.
