Great Experience but low pay and no room for growth

Pros

Exciting environment. Great job right out of college if you can live at home. Staff is very friendly and close. As a full time employee I had to work all games, but we did recieve 2 tickets per game for our family to use.

Cons

Pay is insulting for the caliber of employees they are looking for. Long hours and no room for growth hence the high turnover. Yes, everyone wants to work there, because the team is doing well, but that is no excuse for not valuing your employees or paying them what they are worth. Department heads have been around for a LONG time and some of them are very unprofessional. For the amount of success the team has and revenue that is made, it is not shared with the small full time staff.

Pros

Paid 50 Dollars Per Game, released from work during third quarter. Was able to stay and watch the game after work.

Cons

Really just busy work. Getting laughed at by ticket holders trying to promote the don't drink and drive campaign with ticket holders intoxicated.

Pros

Great atmosphere and culture. Felt like a large part of the team and that i was contributing to the overall goal at hand.

Cons

The pay was low but the experience was worth it. Tough to get additional work and must try hard to set yourself apart.
