Pros
It's an opportunity to work for a professional sports organization, which is great for someone looking to get their foot in the door. If you can deal with the frustration of repeatedly doing things that don't make much sense, you can eventually move on to a better place.
Cons
To echo the sentiments of the Communications Coordinator review from 2015, the same incompetent people are unfortunately still making the same terrible/uninformed decisions. People leave the Revs for opportunities to work for other MLS organizations, not the other way around. The front office turnover is incredibly high and nothing changes from the people in leadership positions.
