Cons

More than half your summer weekend are gone They pay minimum wage lol Glorified middle school the way people act and gossip Management will never change although they definitely need it. Long hours

Great group camaraderie, challenging coach dynamic

Pros

Excellent camaraderie among the entire digital/social teams. Manager was very friendly and easy to work with. Being around the team so much was cool.

Cons

My manager was great but the head coach himself was not pleasant to work with. Upper management and even the coach sometimes took a heavy hand in content decisions. It was a first for me to be in such a big role as well and there were definitely some growing pains.
