Pros

Fast paced, exciting, and the Kraft Group is globally recognized. League is growing quickly. Team has become competitive the last few years

Cons

Senior management is mostly a disaster with a few exceptions. Some department heads and leaders have been around forever and bring absolutely nothing to the table other than driving talented young and dedicated employees away. There's no leadership, vision or culture. The team puts a good product on the field but other MLS teams run circles around the Revolution's business operation. Hard to see anything changing without changes at the top but don't hold your breath.
