It is validating to have a supportive community of teachers at nhcs. The kids are great, and the work life balance once you get the hang of the curriculum is nice.

Cons

Not a lot of autonomy with how we deliver the curriculum. The school board is more concerned with pushing their political agendas versus making policies to make all faculty, staff, and students feel safe and included.
