Pros

You can choose your assignments/Projects based on your skill set. They have a good client base which means you will find a suitable fit in their vast inventory. They prep you before sending you to the client interview. Their recruiting team is really nice and helpful bunch.

Cons

They don't pay you when you are out of the projects. Basically no payment during your bench period. So it would make sense to go on percentage share with the employer..

Pros

Good office location, it is more of strategy to get business.

Cons

Very slow on visa and green card filing. Delay it for ever, delay tactics. Pay could be better. Very slow HR dept, they forget what they spoke hour back :)
