Pros

Great people work here. Very intelligent and nice. Company has good mission. Fair compensation. Interesting projects. Company is constantly revisiting itself, optimizing, while the employees voice is being heard too, which is good. Convenient location for the commuters - right near Port Authority Bus Terminal and 10 blocks away from Penn Station and Path.

Cons

Work life balance may be a challenge, but it very differs on the team and department, and on the individual. I worked in engineering.

Pros

Great brand, smart people on the journalist side

Cons

Lack of career development, poor pay, lack of strategic vision. The company is extremely slow in taking any strategic decisions. It takes too long to accomplish any initiatives and launch projects. Employees are generally frustrated with the lack of transparency, and secrecy and control rule.
