Pros

The people - everyone is so nice and interested in what they do! I really like my actual job, my tasks are interesting and engaging.

Cons

A LOT of hierarchy and bureaucracy.

Pros

Whip-smart colleagues, tons of interesting data to work with. Lots of connections to be made across the company. Lateral and vertical growth are both possible, but you have to fight for it especially if your boss is more laid-back / not as involved with the larger Data and Insights Group.

Cons

Unclear directives from leadership, data infrastructure growing pains, constant switching of tooling can lead to some teams getting left behind.
