Pros

I loved the experience and the importance I got from my position, but leadership needs to dissolve and start fresh. They save money by cutting spend on employees and get praised for saving money. Management doesn't care about you. It was a very selfish and toxic environment. The CFO Lynda was a nightmare calling on weekends, demanding work, hiding her manic personality behind a twitching smile.

Cons

The CFO and upper management are horrible people.
