Pros

- Decent work life balance depending on the team and if it's not an election year

Cons

- Leadership is very disconnected and hypocritical - Stagnant wages (i.e. ~1% pay raise if you meet all expectations) - Hypocritical RTO policies that don't apply to management

Pros

You're surrounded with some of the best and brightest Mings in journalism

Cons

Sadly, the white patriarchal elitist edge allows for the silencing of BIPOC voices and blatant nepotism makes this one of the most toxic workplaces ever.
