Pros

Unbelievably creative and uplifting team to work with. Many chances to shine, many impressive minds.

Cons

With new leadership in advertising dept., employee experience turned hostile and stressful. Many ageist dismissals, much more emphasis on appearances.

Pros

Working for a company that has a purpose. Forward thinking on product design. Working towards being a truly more data driven organizaiton.

Cons

A slow moving, consensus culture where credit is not always given and lack of success does not always have consequences
