Pros

Cool people makes for a friendly, collaborative work environment. Management is always trying to be on top of the business so funding for projects that make sense are always welcome

Cons

It has grown almost too large to manage. People have a lot on their plates with management pressing for better numbers, nothing a new yorker wouldn't be able to manage.

Pros

Extremely talented and driven co-workers.

Cons

Too many projects that go nowhere or aren't pointless. Throw resources at problems that are insignificant or a diversion.

Pros

Stability, intelligent atmosphere, innovative culture. Prestige. Union benefits. Global influence. The newsroom atmosphere is supportive, inspiring, and always demanding the best.

Cons

Internal mobility can be terribly limited. The company, like many, seems to deal in a star system, where a few people's words are golden, and others' analyses can go unnoticed.
