Good people! (Definitely not the upper management) - 1 star is for those people Retail experience

Cons

Upper management micro-manages employees. They don’t respect people’s hard-work, blaming employees with insulting words for their lack of direction & strategy, as they can change the directions weekly, and re-org monthly. Ask employees to work onsite even when Stay-at-home order is in placed in California. There is no culture, and they don’t care about people at all. Mental stress is significant, almost depressed while working at Newegg.
