Professional, dedicated and courteous coworkers.

Cons

Terrible executive team, particularly the CEO and COO. They lack vision, possess low emotional intelligence, and exhibit poor management and communication skills. There is no clear direction, and too much politics emanate from the top, leading to low morale, internal struggles and decreased efficiency.

It’s a place to go and continue your search for a better job.

Cons

Company is like a slow motion train wreck. They will eventually follow companies like circuit city and fry’s. They can’t compete with Amazon on the core products, so they focus on “competitiveness” of cabling, rosewill, and cheap mice.

First off, any of these reviews that say there are no cons to working here are straight liars (probably the CEO trying to keep his rating up). HR is a puppet for senior management. They won't pay you enough for what they demand of you. Management sucks. Everyone is afraid of them, but this is how they want it. Be warned, you can find out for yourself, but you'll be walking out the door just as fast as you walked in.

My advice: apply somewhere else with Newegg on your resume youll get hired immediately at the same pay because firms know you’re hard working, firms that treat you better and you won’t work every weekend
