Pros

Only pros are the benefits great dental!

Cons

I have 6months here it’s the worst company I have ever worked for!!! They hire without explaining clear role goals, no training, if you are not Asian you will have no voice and will be treated like an idiot, be prepared for people to tell you “was that not clear” “ where you not listening” “ you’ll be gone in 3 months” or treat you without respect at all!! The current employees do not want to guide you or share their knowledge and ultimately employee turn around is by far the fastest I have ever seen. Directors get fired without notice in less than 1 month, I saw an entire team gone in less than a week, Long hours, Horrible parking, if you are not Asian you will not fit in.

Sinking Ship with Terrible Micromanagement

Pros

The only pro to Newegg are the coworkers; you will meet some of the best people at lower levels because we all suffer from middle and upper management That being said if you can stay away from this place, avoid at all costs. Unless Upper MGMT and CEO is replaced, Newegg will eventually be delisted and bankrupt. Purchased a lot of third-party accessories that nobody has intention to buy

Cons

-Micromanagement to the moon; supervisors and upper management will lecture you even if you do your job correctly -Lack of training/knowledge; rather than training individuals on the concepts, mgmt will train you 20-year old methods and get mad if you try to implement more convenient methods - Lack of professionalism in the office; a lot of middle and upper mgmt will make things personal and are often rude/snarky when you try to complete tasks -No room to grow and move up the corporate ladder; this place makes you feel like you’re stuck at a dead end job -No WL balance; all salary positions are exempt, so expect to stay countless overtime hours The list of cons goes on and on; it is by far the worst company I have worked for and I am genuinely displeased at how much I have disliked working for such a corrupt company.

Pros

Lots of new cutting edge logistics equipment, fast training, good benefits.

Cons

By far the worst management politics I have ever experienced. There is a full network of spies and moles who tattletale for preferential treatment. All advancements go directly to friends of management and outside hires. There is zero personal recognition or appreciation. Management is borderline incompetent, forcing overtime by disappearing for hours at a time and not keeping a steady available work flow. There are also many safety issues including hasty and incomplete training for new hires, lack of docking clamps for trucks ( I actually witnessed one pull away with a full load falling out the back) and various small issues that really shouldn't exist. RF scanner networks are completely broken and useless making any task grueling.
