Incredibly toxic work environment avoid at all cost

Pros

Mostly good people that you get to work within your team, occasional team-building Good IT system

Cons

Manage by fear and intimidation you're replaceable. Incredibly toxic work environment created by the CEO. Extremely micromanaging - a log of your emails sent/received, phone calls, log on time are being review on a weekly bases.. Constantly back to back meetings that are not productive, 12 hours work days is not uncommon They're not really accommodating for health/ mental health needs. ALL employee were force to work in the office during a global pandemic , HR would hide the number of confirmed Covid cases. That tells you a lot about the company.

Good place to start out. Not worth staying

Pros

This is a good place to get your feet wet in any feild. The vendors you meet can open up doors to other positions. Sometimes theres a lunch thrown in for morale.

Cons

For the most part you will be overworked and under paid with the expectation of you performing at your peak at all times. They're not really accommodating for health/ mental health needs. There is an incredibly high turn over rate. The higher up teams are incredibly toxic and the HR team wont do anything about it. Didn't handle the COVID situation well at all either.

Management staff that have no people skills, no true management skills. Asian company trying to run USA company as if still in Asia. Horrible place to work at.
