They do not act like typical bosses but rather like mentors and friends. The culture is amazing; it is very positive, friendly, and respectful. The work is exciting and impactful; it benefits patients to live happier, healthier, and longer. I enjoy working remotely here because it also has a flexible leave policy, so I can always manage my family and work together.
